On July 22, the AMR Research SAP Peer Forum held a teleconference "Minimizing Planned Downtime Windows For SAP Production Systems." Following that call, AMR Research escalated to SAP's senior Active Global Support executives that many members believed that reducing SAP Planned Downtime was of utmost importance.
