Use the Materials on any computer within your subscribing organization, provided that the Materials are not used in any network, file server, virtual disk, timesharing, multiple CPU, other multiuser, bulletin board or remotely accessible arrangement other than on a local area network within your organization for use by the number of users (who may only be your employees or agents) for which you have paid.

You may not:

Reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, or otherwise use any information or data retrieved from the Materials in any manner whatsoever that may infringe any copyright or other proprietary interest of AMR Research; Distribute rent, sublicense, lease, sell, transfer, or assign the product or this Agreement; Decompile, dissemble, or otherwise reverse engineer the Materials or alter, translate, modify, or adapt the Materials or any part thereof or create derivative works.

AMR Research retains all rights not expressly granted. Nothing in the license constitutes a waiver of the rights of AMR Research under the U.S. Copyright Act or any other Federal or State Law. This Agreement, including the Limited Warranty and disclaimer of liability contained therein shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
