The notion of a “unified portal framework” that helps companies address all of their user interaction, content management, and collaboration needs is undeniably attractive, but few companies have accomplished it. Most Peer Forummembers find themselves with multiple strategic portal providers, most commonly SAP and Microsoft SharePoint, as well as legacy products from IBM and BEA.
