Cancellation Policy, please note:
Cancellations must be made on or before October 8, 2005, to receive a full refund of the registration fee.
Cancellations received between October 9 and October 23, 2005, will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
Cancellations received after October 23, 2005, are ineligible for a refund of the registration fee.
Cancellations using pre-paid seats must be made by October 28, 2005 in order to use it for another conference.
Substitutions can be made at anytime.
Attire Business casual is the suggested attire for the meeting. Average daytime temperature for November is 50 degrees.
Ground Transportation
Transportation to and from Logan International Airport is readily available. Taxis offer 24 hour service from each terminal for $20 - $25 (depending on traffic). Boston Common Coach operates a hotel shuttle service for $12.00 per person and is available every half-hour from each terminal. Please call 1-888-222-5229 for pick up. (Please note that shuttles will stop at several hotels before Westin Copley Place.)
