Open Text is acquiring Digital Asset Management (DAM) vendor Artesia Technologies. Integrated with LiveLink collaboration and content platform, the acquisition could benefit customers by unifying their environment for managing rich media and content and by firming up the foundation for comprehensive collaboration.
