Improve Relationship Management To Improve Outsourcing Returns

The number of companies outsourcing parts of their IT organization will grow 50% in the next two years, AMR Research survey data reveals. However, customers are not getting the most out of outsourcing. Companies that have a strong partnership with their outsourcing service that is built on shared goals will benefit more than companies in outsourcing relationships used solely to maximize savings.
