Oracle Acquires Primavera

Oracle is acquiring Primavera, a leader in the project portfolio management (PPM) market. The move undoubtedly enhances Oracle’s position in delivering enterprise applications to project-intensive industries, but it will once again have to work through the details of product overlap and sales channel conflicts.
