Despite some excitement and hype in the industry, the rapid growth of cloud CRM also raises several questions. Is cloud CRM a guarantee of a successful CRM implementation? Which CRM applications are best suited to a cloud deployment model? Should cloud CRM replace all CRM licenses? This Report will share some of the lessons learned from users of cloud CRM, highlight where opportunities and challenges are likely, and explore where companies should still consider traditional licensed CRM options.
