| JDA Software Group, Inc. purchased for $20.5M the assets of Intactix, the space management applications provider, from Pricer AB, the Swedish provider of electronic price and information systems. Intactix had been on the block since 1998. What took so long, and how does this new arrangement accentuate JDA's overall retail product?
