AMR Research retains all rights not expressly granted. Nothing in the license constitutes a waiver of the rights of AMR Research under the U.S. Copyright Act or any other Federal or State Law. This Agreement, including the Limited Warranty and disclaimer of liability contained therein shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Notices of copyright infringement should contain the following information:

1.A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner that is allegedly infringed;

2.Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;

3.Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity;

4.The address, telephone number, or email address of the complaining party;

5.A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and

6.A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate, and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

When AMR Research removes or disables access to any material claimed to be a copyright infringement, AMR Research may attempt to contact the user who has posted such material in order to give that user an opportunity to respond to the notification, although AMR Research makes no promise, and is under no obligation, to do so. Any and all counter notifications submitted by the user will be furnished to the complaining party. AMR Research will give the complaining party an opportunity to seek judicial relief in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act before AMR Research replaces or restores access to any material as a result of any counter notification.
