Biography
Research
John Hagerty brings more than 25 years of experience in enterprise applications and technologies to his role as vice president and research fellow. He is responsible for leading AMR Research's analysis on strategies, practices, and trends driving enterprise performance management (EPM), including business intelligence (BI), corporate performance management (CPM), and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives in corporations worldwide.
John joined AMR Research in 1998 covering financial and administrative applications. Prior to joining AMR Research, he was vice president of marketing for Pilot Software, and worked in marketing and product management roles at Cognos Corporation and Dun & Bradstreet Software.
John received a BA from Suffolk University and an MBA from Babson College.
