Biography
Yukon Yukselen helps Fortune 500 companies structure software license, system implementation, and business process outsourcing agreements as a director in AMR Research’s Contract Negotiation and Benchmarking Service (CNBS) practice. With over 10 years of hands-on experience in contract negotiation, vendor management, and systems implementation, Yukon leads client engagements and provides invaluable negotiation advice to information technology, line of business, and procurement executives to ensure they mitigate long-term business and financial risk and realize significant reductions in total cost of ownership.
Prior to joining AMR Research, Yukon was the IT vendor relationship manager at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. Prior to Harvard Pilgrim, Yukon was a principal consultant at Pegasystems Inc., where he was responsible for implementing complex software applications at healthcare and financial institutions.
Yukon earned his BS in finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and his MS in finance from Northeastern University. Yukon is also certified as an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Manager.
