As a senior research analyst in AMR Research’s Custom Research and Consulting practice, Karen Carter is responsible for the design, analysis, and delivery of project-based qualitative and quantitative research which enables clients to make strategic and tactical decisions about product development and go-to-market efforts.

Prior to joining the custom research practice, Karen was a research analyst in AMR Research’s quantitative research practice, where she was responsible for conducting quantitative market research through sample design, statistical analysis, and field interviews and surveys.  Before this, Karen spent four years in the customer management arena where she held the roles of client research analyst and senior client research analyst.   Here she managed a vendor client base and interacted with service directors in supported service areas. In this role she also provided overall input on the direction and growth of the vendor groups.

Before joining AMR Research, Karen worked as the office manager for Schooner Capital LLC. Karen began her career at Ross Crossland Weston & Co (RCW).

Karen earned a BS in business communications from Bryant College.
