Biography
Research
As research director for AMR Research, Dana Stiffler is part of a team that studies service providers and helps companies understand the benefits, costs, and risks of working with them. Dana has led the coverage of Tier One consulting and IT services companies for the firm since 2002. Her research focuses on the business and IT trends that affect corporate technology implementation and operations, with a particular focus on enterprise application implementation and support.
Prior to joining AMR Research, Dana spent three years at Meridien Research (now IDC’s Financial Insights), where she was responsible for launching their Emerging Trading Technologies practice in 1999. Earlier in her career, she served as policy analyst at Stuart N. Brotman Communications.
Dana received her BA in international relations from Claremont McKenna College, and her MA in law and diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University.
